I would go for the standard types, for the most part. We are using Yukon Gold (hybrid), Red Pontiac, German Butterball, Cariba, Canola, All Blue, Purple something or other and maybe one or two others.
Clarence, I agree, SSE has great potato sets, but my understanding is that they do NOT grow them themselves.
