Compared to most other synthetic garden disease-treating chemicals, I consider chlorothalonil (aka Daconil) to be a much safer alternative.
Ortho's Garden Disease Control is 29.6% chlorothalonil and the remainder is kaolin, a form of clay and water. It's also used in some exterior house paints, in addition to being used as a garden fungicide:
