Well I broke down and ordered them last week, dern it.
The insides of my Zebrino or whatever it is are too good - and from the grocery store in New England in the middle of winter- for me not to grow them.
The outsides of whatever it is that I have are insanely chewy. . . but hey at least I'm getting some exercise.
