Glad you found Duke's. Good stuff. But as good as it is it still uses
whole eggs as the emulsifier.
Blue Plate uses only egg
yolks so is that little bit richer. It won the America's Test Kitchen taste tests, which is what put me on to it.
(Do not buy the new Blue Plate Light with Olive Oil stuff. Not nearly as good. )
