I was under the impression that any potential leaf damage came from the Sun's effect on the wet leaves - - not temperature related. What you found in the .pdf was indeed a temperature related warning of 90 degrees and above restriction.

It is oil based so it probably effects the leaves ability to transpire. Kinda like with boxers not using vasaline much anymore as it makes their body over heat.
