Sari I have noticed for a few years now that a lot of painted metal is not primed, they just paint over bare metal with no prep at all.
This ticks me off to no end as you can see how you stuff was new and already peeling.
On the other hand I really like your place it looks a lot cooler there than it is here in Texas.
