Ella, we have over 300 tomato varieties this year and 49 pepper varieties.
It is too early to say which one is the most unusual, and many are still green. For now I'd nominate Parker Hatlee for unusual shape, Dusya Krasnaya for impressive fruit trusses, and Helsing ★★★★★★★★ Blues for the darkest anthocyanin coloring.
