Hello all. Size is not the only thing that counts but sometimes it is. That sometimes is when you are in a giant tomato contest. As you get older your taste buds will deteriorate and you might find giant tomatoes to be just as tasty as the rest. Some of the giant tomato growers are guys who outgrew growing giant pumpkins. Just could not lift them up anymore, too heavy. Some people grow tomatoes to get the earliest ripe tomato. Some grow for taste. Some grow for size. All are growing tomatoes and just because you grow for size does not exclude you from trying to also get the earliest tomato and the tastiest tomato. I want it all.
