WHITE BEANS AND SUN DRIED TOMATOES

1 lb. white beans
1 lb. mild or Hot Itlaian sausage, sliced
2 oz. sun dried tomatoes (not in oil)
2 lg. onions
2 cloves garlic
1 green pepper
Parsley
Bay leaf
Thyme
ParsleyChicken broth
Rinse beans. Cover with chicken broth. Add chopped onions, garlic and green pepper, sliced sausage, and diced sun dried tomatoes and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for 2 hours or until soft.
Serve over rice. Serves 8 people.
