My first year growing okra. I'm growing Bush Cowhorn and Choppee. I've eaten it grilled on the grill, baked, and okra & tomatoes. I didn't like the oven baked very much because it seemed to make the ribs tougher. The ribs on the choppee became more tender on the grill and cooked with tomatos. My next dish will be slimy boiled okra. I used to love it so I need to see if it as good as I once thought it was.
