I want to get something that would be uncommon.
The color genetics for that cross would predict the F1 hybrid to be red. The normal versions of the traits from each parent complement the mutant traits from the other.

Which plant is the pollen donor shouldn't matter for the genetics, though it might make a difference in ease of doing the cross. (Different flower sizes, etc.)

The real magic is what would happen in the next generation (F2). The color genes would be mixing up and you'd end up with yellow, red, purple, and green fruit on different plants.
