I believe dwarf, chartreuse and PL are recessive traits, so all the offspring should be chartreuse and PL. (If not, blame a bee!)

If the non-dwarf parent plant is a carrier for the trait, 1/4 of the offspring will be dwarf.

If it is not (homozgous for non-dwarf), then none of them will be dwarf.
