Brian, I made some Palmtublue wine one time that was called "truth serum." :-) {palmetto tree fruit, tupelo fruit, and wild blueberries}
Also use to make Perry [sparkling pear wine], gallons at the time. I'd fill a 30 gal. plastic can about half way with crushed pears, pour hot water over them and let sit for a few days. Then wife would get in and stomp pears into mush. :-) {of course I made her wash her feet}
Then I'd strain juice and do my thing.
So, yes, it's probably pretty good. :-)
