Just about any place that sells plants, also sells grafted plants - tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, watermelon, etc...
It'd probably be more satisfying to give it a go yourself. Buy some rootstock and scion seed and practice.
When transplanting a grafted plant - do not bury it below the original rootstock because the scion roots will then take over and the graft basically becomes pointless.
