Default canning slave

yes i m ready for winter, after a bummer crop of maters and not much anything else but cilantro , basil and a few cherry tomatos.
Thank goodness i made freinds with a farmer who i got some great matos from and have been canning away like a mad woman.
20 jars of pickles
25 jars of mato sauce
15 jars of beans and dilly beans
veg soup
variety of soups
smoked hot peppers
sweet piclked bell peppers
and now i m doing applesauce by the bushel.
Winter don't fail me now
I can't wait to have some warm applesauce , and hot mato soup with pesto with a fireplace
smoked some matos and made a chilli sauce, using it on chicken tonight.
Look out Neil i might have a winner of a BBQ sauce :wink:
