I was given some seeds for Peron a couple of years ago and when I googled it, if my memory serves me correctly, it seemed like it would do better in a hot, arid climate compared to my humid, and often very short season in Montreal. I still have seeds if anyone wants.
Linda, I also grew Jaune Flamme and was not blown away. I prefer Sungold or Sunsugar.
