yes, but the tomatoes, at least some of them, also have the dry crinkly edges too, it was just easier to see on the bigger peppers. Thing is the peppers have had almost three weeks of in and out to get hardened off...the tomatoes only a week. We haven't had lots of sun though and I think the first not cloudy and rainy day might have scorched them even though it wasn't that hot out. The wind here has been fierce. Tornadoes within 30 miles and seems a constant buffeting of at least 8mph no matter what. We've already had more than six inches of rain this month, three above normal...my plant children need some sunshine ( and so do I for that matter)
