¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup vegetable oil
3 tbls balsamic vinegar
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
¾ tsp salt
1 pinch black pepper
1 tbls sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp basil, chopped
1 pinch thyme
4 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced

Whisk together all ingredients, except sliced tomatoes, in a small bowl. Place tomatoes in a container. Pour marinade over tomatoes, cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
