I agree, very good to hear that they sprouting.
I do have a question.
They pic these peppers for market at the best time when they nice and firm and pretty. For saving pepper seeds, I have always left the peppers stay on the vine til they are the very last color they can possibly be and then some to make sure the seeds are mature.
With store peppers being picked before full ripeness, does that mean that most of the seeds will be immature and not germinate and so maybe you have to sow extras?
