'Word'. A cooking store had those near the entrance to play with. First introduced they were crazy expensive, like 25$. Fine idea for a garnish. I immediately, in my head, designed a tip for a drill.

I like this one. It fold up for storage. Easy to use. But i do prefer a mandolin as it does paper thin slices and fine noodles or a thicker cut chiffonade. Just not long spirals.
