It does smell great. Started off with about 48 quarts of juice an reduced it to 20 quarts of thick, delicious sauce. It is nicer to do it in the cooler weather. Many times it still quite warm at the end of the summer. Too warm to spend a weekend over a hot stove. It is worth it though.
Had to try it out for supper tonight. Spaghetti with venison meat sauce. Fit for a king.
