CEC: cation exchange capacity - the maximum quantity of total cations
that a soil is capable of holding, at a given pH value, for exchange with

Catfaced - distorted fruit, usually resulting from incomplete pollination
of a flower.
Stitching - a long blossom end scar on the bottom of the fruit.
Belly Buttons - an inward depression on the blossom end of a ripe
tomato.
