Spicy Coleslaw
1/2 cup green cabbage, finely shredded
1 small bunch radishes, julienned
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1 small bunch dill roughly chopped,
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
In a large bowl, toss together the cabbage, radishes, green onions, dill, parsley.
Pour the avocado aioli over the salad, season with salt and pepper, toss well.
Avocado Dressing
3 avocados
1/2 cup sour cream
3 tablespoons chopped basil
2 tablespoon minced garlic
2 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon lime juice
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
salt & pepper
Scoop the avocado flesh into a medium bowl and coarsely mash with a fork.
Fold in the sour cream, basil, garlic, lemon juice, lime juice, jalapeno. Season with salt and pepper.
