A good mojito doesn't really taste like nothing but mint lime and club soda with a little sugar in it.
Thanks to a high quality rum of course.
I make fake mojitos all the time.
Just muddle the mint leaves in a little soda add sugar squeezed lime and the rest of the soda and ice.
No alcohol.
Makes a very refreshing drink.
