Thanks, all I do is roll the raw chicken in flour and fry no batter or spices.
Then right out of the pan I put garlic powder salt and black pepper on it.
Tried all kinds of crazy batter and spice stuff and keep going back to this method.
To me anyway more crust more batter = more grease = more fat.
