Septoria. It also looks like a little early blight on one of the photos. Copper spray at 1/2 of weakest recommended dose, after removing diseased leafs. You said you sprayed with copper, so they are likely OK, just keep it up every 7-10 days as a preventive, and also after a heavy rain. Glad thry are recovering.
BTW- fungal diseases can show up just with leaves wet from dew for a few hours.
