I had some seeds given to me by a lady in Germany - she's South African - and they were confiscated by Australian Quarantine when I came thru customs on my return to Australia. I was flabbergasted, since they were correctly labelled, and squeaky clean, but some pip squeak in a uniform said they could be
anything, and only "commercial" seeds were permitted! As if anyone would mistake a pepper seed as being some weed/threat to bio-security??
