I have struggled with leaf disease over the years, I use a weed gaurd, water with soaker hose and trim the bottom set of branches that may touch the ground, this seems to help. I have used Bill's bleach water, hydrogen peroxide 50/50 mix and daconil fungicide. I have not tried the copper spray but I read that it can be effective with the daconil and bleach in a rotation. It can be frustrating but it can also be worth it.
