I found the determinate Orange King (the Tim Peters variety offered by Adaptive Seeds) for our master gardener sales this year. I probably won't have a nematode-free space to grow it myself this year, though.
Here's a list of container tomatoes by color, though it seems to be mostly dwarf varieties, especially for dark tomatoes.
