California regulations are weird but anyway from what I have been reading Serenade Garden Disease Control was discontinued.
You can still get the same QST 713 strain of Bacillus subtilis product as CEASE distributed by Bioworks but that's only available in 1Gal or bigger sizes. And I didn't see anywhere where it can't be sold in California
