I agree, that last one could be a Salvia.
The first one looks like lemon balm, but there are a lot of similar looking herbs/flowers in that family. Crush a leaf between your fingers. If it is strongly lemon scented, lemon balm it is.
Second one looks like evening primrose to me.
The poison ivy I don't know.
