Basically, I either plant in pots and move them into the greenhouse after pruning before the first frost, or dig them up from the beds, wash the roots in a bucket of water, and replant in container mix for the winter, then repeat in the spring to go back into the ground.

I keep them under minimal lights, becuase I don't want them to grow, just survive. I guess about 70% make it through the winter and then pop back to fast growth once back in the ground and fertilized.
