I forgot to mention I got up at 3:AM this morning and went outside.
A wee watermelon I have been looking at had spit.
It was about the size of a softball.
I knocked the ants off of it and ate it as it was ripe and wasn't growing anymore.
It was a good sweet morsel however small it was.
I wasn't disappointed I was grateful for it.
Much to learn on container melons.
I have no idea why it was so small.
Water and fertilizer is my only guess.
