Either it is or it isn't, since we aren't dealing with a population.
Easier to do the experiment - as you know from looking at these crosses, the dwarf trait shows very early at the seedling stage. Plant, say, 20-25 seeds and you should see 1 or two short ones (maybe more, but we are trying to account for probability/luck by planting more than 4) if it is a carrier of that trait. You will also see the chartreuse and PL traits; weirdness there suggests you might have had inadvertent bee pollination and then all odds are out the window.
