Father'sDaughter: If I need to make one of those I will,but like you said,this is just a small ferment..and a first one at that.I will learn to not fill so much.Actually,it looked like it had lots of space left when I filled it.I was afraid that I hadn't filled it enough.
Rajun Gardener: I'm going to remove some of the brine.I removed 3 tablespoons of it last night before I went to bed,but it looks like I need to remove another 3 at the minimum.Thankfully,it has not pushed up into the airlock....yet.
