Gary O'Sena is no slouch though, as I also liked it. The one slice to cover the bread is convenient.

Not a true blt, but I would rather slice my tomatoes really thick and not put on the lettuce.

The beer: if you like an IPA to taste like grape fruit, this is a good one to try. Might not be the best to go with a bt, but in my opinion, there's rarely any food that doesn't go with a good beer!
