400 would be better and I didn't time it but just as you start to see them turn take them out.
They will continue dry out and crisp up.
If you want to make tortilla bowls you will have to steam then a bit to soften them up.
Then set them in a muffin pans or some sort of oven grade bowl for a form.
I laid mine flat on open racks, a 30 inch oven should holed 12 on each rack.
