Gardeneer, for me, I first thought to experience a gardening season like that in WA would be somewhat like walking on Mars. But in the same thought - growing here in Texas at this time is watching tomato plants die as newly started ones are growing at incredible rates. Here you need to hurry up and get the spring plants out because the fall garden tomato plants are pushing for an in-ground garden space.

It is different, but in-a-way, it's the same. You can still plant new tomato plants and so can I. The timing and conditions are different, but somewhat alike.
