Hi clkeiper - Brandy Boy is an aggressive growing plant. My GH is 16' at the ridge - I placed cattle panel between the rafters (above the cattle panel you see - I have removed them) to see how high it would grow - it grew all the way to the top 16' - but the frost froze the tomatoes and the plants before they were harvested and I had to get a ladder to harvest before the frost hit. Now I just cut them off when they get about 10-12' high.

I'm sure you could single stem and string them. This photo is of Better Boy and I do the same thing with Brandy Boy but I don't have a photo of Brandy Boy. I prune them to 2 stems then let them branch to 4 and then to 8 stems as they grow up the cattle panel. Then I cut the leaves off below. This year I am going to start a second crop at this stage and pull the first crop as the second crop grows to the height of the cattle panel.
