Walt, the extra baggies aren't really needed. I have people send pre labeled baggies because it saves me a lot of work. I have had around 90 responses so far, most with ten requested. About 750 baggies to measure seed and fill. So if I had to write on each one too, it could easily be 1/2 hr per person to fill the seed requests. I have lots of blank baggies, and they are very inexpensive. The amount of work is the reason. It is kind of you to offer though.
I could use extra postage to help cover the cost of the overseas requests, if anyone is so inclined.
