The sterilite bins are the 28quarts. Cannot recommend these enough, when you fill up a bin (20 cups in each), there is absolutely ZERO tipping-over.

My 18oz red cups are the kirkland brand ones from costco.
My restaurant-wire shelving is purchased from costco and each shelf is 16-inch deep by 48 in wide. Two of these bins side by side are perfect on each shelf that has two sets of double-bulb fixtures on each.

Yes you can get tubs that are wider than these 28 quarts, but then light cast is not optimal for the ones on the farthest edges imo.
