Hi Lee,
This will be my first time for Micro Gemma so I can't comment on the taste. I think there is a thread around here somewhere that linked to the University of Florida study about various dwarf tomatoes (Papa Vic, I think)

I thought Yellow Canary tasted pretty good last year, similar to RR but a little sweeter. Yellow Canary is also excellent as a dried tomato. Just when the larger, tastier varieties are coming on and you're getting sick of these little cherries- pop them in the dehydrator. They are great as a winter sweet treat.

The best thing about RR and YC (and I assume MG) is that they never (well, almost) split.
