Definitely as the others said, aphids. They are present on that larger foreground leaf. Hit em with a good drench of insecticidal soap or just soapy water, over and under the leaves, and on the stems right down to the soil line. Make sure you use real soap like ivory or fells naptha, not detergent. Let it on there for about an hour, spray early or late when it is cool. Then after that hour, rinse off thoroughly.
