Inspiration? Digging was mostly perspiration and a quick nap in the sun between digging duties.
My donation of the potatoes dug to my intern was worth it. Imagine driving to the field and smelling a freshly boiled Picasso potato weighing 10 oz being eaten.....yes, I recognized the skin color, flesh color, and aroma.
