Interesting pic of Billy Goat - alas, it is crossed! This pepper is very tough to keep pure. I got it years ago through an SSE trade and though I've seen some crosses, I also have some of the real deal - or at least know what to look for!
They should not look like red Habs, as in the pic you posted Jen - but like small squat tops as my plants show.
