Worth has been waiting (one day short of two years).
Unfortunately, your answer is not correct, as Perpetual Change is not Lutescent/Honor Bright.
It is a Stump of the World variant that produces both PL and RL plants. Saved seed from either leaf type plant produces both leaf type plants. Change refers to the leaf type changing back and forth between PL and RL.
