We certainly like it here, having prepared it for our retirement years starting some 25 years ago. All the trees are mature, the gardens are in. It helps that we are miles from the nearest road so the only thing you hear outside is birdsong, hawk calls, owl hoots, coyotes and bees. Oh... the neighbors across the canyon have peacocks and you sure can hear them all the way over here.

We're a long way from NJ but I bet life there is very similar to here, all things considered.
