I am with you there. But to be honest I actually like just eating a tomato and skipping all the hassle of making a sandwich. No salt, no mayo, no bread, no nothing.
So maybe we are both crazy?
Best tomato sandwich is tomato sandwiched between my fingers while the juice drips down my chin and elbows!
