Try 40-60 gallons a day! Lol. I know cause I do it as a profession. The thing is, is that for us drywall guys its much cheaper to buy it in the box. But I do know several general contractors that like to do a bit of taping n muding themselves and have me come out and finish it out. In those cases I'm all over the left over 5 gallon all purpose mud buckets.
