Thanks, Steve. I noticed Big Ray's is not listed in Tatiana's. I am still learning; does that mean the variety has a few hoops to jump through? I will indeed be able to compare it in flavor and yield to Super Italian and Egyptian, the two other pastes I bought. Assuming my small planting will not bear the mistakes and quirks of a beginner.
I chose KilroysCarnival because it tends to not be already taken.
The poet Delmore Schwartz used it not once, but twice, within titles of his works: a short poem and a rambling, quirky monologue. That and I like the combination of images. Kilroy the wartime Everyman, and Carnival the universal celebration.
